Purchase Online Via SSL. When you purchase our products online, we use SSL to safeguard your information. A Secure Socket Layer (SSL) is the first line of defense against online intruders. It is a protocol that transmits your communications over the Internet in an encrypted form.

Payment Type

We currently only accept Visa, and MasterCard on a (SSL) secure server. We do not charge your credit card until we are ready to ship (in case there is a backorder). If you have a DISCOUNT CODE, you will be able to apply it at the end of the order process.

Shipping USA Orders

When you place an order we try to ship as fast as we can usually the next day unless we are out of stock.

We have $7 shipping in the United States. We ship Priority Mail and FEDEX. With Priority Mail, we recommend selecting "Signature Confirmation". This is a trackable signature from the person who accepts your package (which means someone has to be there to accept your package). We do not charge extra. All items are shipped immediately unless back-ordered. You will receive an email notice for back-ordered items and your credit card will not be charged until ready to ship.

International Orders

When you place an order we try to ship as fast as we can usually the next day unless we are out of stock.

International orders will be determined by weight, dimensions and destination and added LATER on after they are determined. Before sending out an international order, we will contact you and give you a few shipping choices that you may select whichever suites you best. International customers are responsible for applicable duties and/or taxes that may be imposed by customs in the country of destination. These additional fees will be separate and may or may not be added in advance to your order in which you will be notified.

For international orders, in order to combat FRAUD, please give us the phone number listed in the back of your credit card. You may add this to the COMMENT SECTION at the end of the order page.

NOTE: We can not take responsibility for international shipments. That is, in case of a lost package if we CAN NOT track it, we will not be able to provide a refund and re-shipping will be at the customer’s cost. Of course, you are always welcome to use your own shipping account.

Return Policy in General

All sales are final. There are no refunds on products. All products are tested, examined and carefully packaged before shipping. We are unable to accept returns/refunds on skin care or body care products or skin care devices sold thru this web site due to hygienic purposes. All machines are tested in the factory prior to shipment. We will exchange if an item is found to be defective, and if the device/machine is wrapped in the manufacturer's original packaging. The defective item must be returned to us within 15 days of invoice date. We reserve the right to refuse items that are returned to us in an abused condition. Such items will be returned to sender at sender's expense and any outstanding exchange request will be denied. Further, we will not be liable for any damaged skin care devices that have occurred due to accidental damage, misuse or neglect.

Prior to the return of defective items, you must obtain an Authorization clearance by sending us an email with your name, date of purchase, and reason for exchange. Once you receive a clearance to ship item back, ensure that exchanged items are securely packaged in a sturdy cardboard box to prevent against damage during transit. We will not be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. Thus, please make sure your shipping method can be tracked.
